Hello Everybody!

I just want to let everyone know that we are safely in the Bahamas and had a wonderful first day! Our flight went smoothly and we were in and out of customs in 10 minutes. We arrived at the hostel and when I was checking in about 10 other SASers were in the lobby. Everyone is so nice and they helped us with our bags. As soon as we were settled, we headed to cable beach where Ryan played beach vollyball with the others. I watched! The beach is so beautiful, white sands and turquoise waters. We then went out to eat at the fish fry, where we saw huge lobsters and enjoyed time with the locals. The best part about the Bahamas: one dollar bus rides anywhere on the island! After freshening up, we met more SASers in the lobby of Atlantis, where we then went out to a local pub and played pool with the locals and got to know our newfound friends a little better. We then went to Senor Frogs, the most popular pub on the island and had fun with kareoke and dancing. I am about to head to sleep because we have an early morning with the dolphins!
